I've been playing around in garageband, throwing together loops, and trying my hand at...things??? and stuff???? _{I have no idea how to make music, but I'm hoping that I'll somehow get better if I just keep at it}

Like I've had the basic music lessons as a child, and even some violin and piano lessons,, but all that knowledge is now far far away, gone in the abyss of "I've-forgotten-nearly-all-of-it"


I just want to be able to do my own tracks for my videos and not always have to rely on finding semi-suitable stuff on royalty-free music channels whose target audience is 80% Gaming channels and 20% Vlog channels :'I (judging by the most popular stuff you find)

Though I'm still far away from actually being able to execute the sounds I want to achieve. If I were to try to explain it in art-terms, imagine me dumping a bunch of colors in a bucket, hoping that the resulting color doesn't look shitty. And hoping to someday be able to say "I want magenta" and just pick exactly the right things to get the shade I want.
